Chuck's Bbq Restaurant - (254) 780-2318

We recently moved in to a home off HWY 317 in Temple. We found this place by accident. I highly recommend it for those who are comfortable in down home, no frills surroundings. I have tried several of the items on the menu so far and everything has been good. I especially recommend the chopped beef barbecue. You can order it as a sandwich plate or on a platter with sides. It has that old fashioned flavor - some of the best I have found in this area. They also sell it by the pound for take out and it is great to take home for sandwiches later.

Alright here's the deal, it's not anything more than a typical fry daddy restaurant. There is no Seafood as Denise wrote, unless you consider fried shrimp. There is very limited seating. Anyway beer is cheap and cold; that's were Chucks gets its points. Other than that don't make it out to be more than it really is.

great selection on menu, alot of food for the price, not just b-b-q, but steaks, seafood, ect. highly recommend
